How do I pay for my order?
You can pay via Paypal or with your debit or credit card via Create Payments.
How are the postage costs calculated?

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Please check the Postage & Delivery Info tab for current dispatch times. All orders will be dispatched in order of payment and will be sent by 1st class post via Royal Mail, this does not mean next day delivery but most orders will arrive the next day after posting. I post every week day, unless some circumstances prevent me from doing so (these will be noted on the previously mentioned tab). You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been sent.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order, please email me [email protected] & I will contact the delivery company to check the tracking details if needed. I can only make a claim from them after 10 working days have passed since the order was posted. I can send again before the 10 days are up, but you will need to pay for that order. After the 10 days have passed I will resend or refund your order depending on what we have discussed. Please also read my T&C's.
I've forgotten something, can I add to an order?
No, I'm sorry but due to the work involved to manually amend the stock totals & due to the volume of orders I receive, I can no longer add to orders. You are welcome to place another order, if I see multiple orders then I will combine (combining orders is not guaranteed).
What happens if something is out of stock after I have paid?
I will do my very best to keep the stock totals up to date, on rare occasions there may be times when I cannot send what you have ordered, you will receive a refund for the item along with a note stating what the refund is for.
If I order more than 1 metre of ribbon will it be a continuous length?
Yes, where possible it will be sent in a continuous length although there may be times when this is not possible.
Can I place an order if I live outside of the United Kingdom?
Yes you can, please select 'Outside the UK' & your country from the drop down boxes. We are not responsible for any custom charges you have to pay, the amount of your order will be declared on the customs slip.
